? Provide overall administrative support to e-commerce leader as well as the Rexel e-commerce team.
? Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and conferences with team members. ? Make travel & logistics arrangements for the team members, including international travel arrangement for expats. ? Serve as point of contact for company staff and visitors. ? Prepare daily, weekly, monthly operation reports (Excel, Power Point, Word) as designed by the team. ? Other administrative related matters for the operations team.
