Job Summary:
You are passionate about ecommerce and digital marketing, entrepreneurial, ready to join a team of ambitious high-achievers of 5 people. You will plan, implement, optimize ecommerce marketing activities for ALL e-commerce channels, working with brand marketing department and ecommerce sales and analytics colleagues. You will be responsible for premium international spirit brand portfolio including Ballantine's, Absolut, Jameson, and all cocktail brands eg. Beefeater, Havana Club, Kahlua, Olmeca, Monkey 47, etc.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
1. Develop EC marketing activities.
l EC marketing activity planning incl. marketing and commercial target, theme, consumer journey on PC & APP, timeline, marketing and commercial investment, expected ROI, media planning, promotional product offering, and customer service.
l Understand EC consumer insight, typical behaviors and key EC player’s game rules, be able to drive high quality traffic by making good use of the owned media, paid media, platform’s commercial tools and platform’s marketing tools.
l Understand brand’s TA insight and the competitive market environment. Develop high quality and competitive promotional offering and make forecast within budget.
- Acquire full understanding of brand team objectives. Build ecommerce at the core of their annual plans through developing qualified content with the right message to meet consumer needs at each step of the funnel, planning the data tracking journey of the activity, and acquiring additional resources from Brand team.
2. Execute and control EC marketing activities.
l Lead the execution of EC promotional product offering development and consumer assets development on time and in budget.
l Coordinate the execution of commercial investment from EC sales team and marketing investment from brand team.
l Monitor the order release and actual investment ratio by channels vs. plans.
l Be the guardian of our brand image on ecommerce platforms, ensure all consumer assets are up-to-date and adequate.
l Provide the review report by consolidating commercial ROI from EC sales and marketing target achievement from TP & brand team.
3. Strengthen our consumer connection model.
l Work with the EC and PRC consumer intelligence team to refine the segmentation of our consumers and take actions in our EC marketing plans.
l Monitor market and competitor activities, identify the trends, opportunities and recommended plans to seize them.
l Proactively seek for high quality EC partnership with other brands and achieve win-win EC results.
Requirements:
1. More than 5 years working experience in consumer goods multi-national companies, with solid digital marketing and ecommerce background.
2. Strong ability to present ideas clearly and convince.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work in team and build team spirit, responsible and reliable.
4. Excellent analytical skills; able to analyze large sets of data and recommend initiatives.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, full of initiative. Result driven.
6. Excellent English, fluent in Chinese.
