Roles:

• Be responsible for ECOM financial support, focusing on AOP PSP support and D&A/FS&D/A&M/ Innovation P/L/Imports D&A/Control etc. follow up, timely follow up outstanding items, provide financial report and financial analysis with good quality to support decision making.

Accountabilities:

• Support to Financial Planning

1.Yearly support building model of financial report and own the accuracy of algorithm with different category and different business model including ECOM and Imports
2.Monthly provide the periodic financial actual performance timely with good quality.

• ECOM monthly closing financial snapshot by customer/by KA
• ECOM monthly closing financial flash report
• ECOM NR reports
• ECOM performance/KPI tracking

3.Provide the extra report timely for decision:

• Innovation report
• Imports online & offline split summarizing
• RSV report
• Other ad-hoc analysis and reporting

• Support to handle Daily operation,

1.Be E-commerce FS&D owner :

• Check the FS&D detail to avoid accounting errors, make sure the expense accrued accurately.
• S&D monthly financial closing.
• Provide FS&D template.
• Provide S&D RF (including VS&D/ FS&D) and maintain the budget.
• Handle monthly financial operation, combing the process of payment to make accuracy of booking etc.

2.Timely organize the balance sheet review(EC BSR & PBHK China Imports BSR):

• Tracking the overdue items such as A&M GRIR aging 90 days and keep less items overdue.
• Follow up with the account in blackline to be timely finished before deadline.

3.PBHK Imports financial operation

• D&A monthly GL accrual, to check it is consistent with business plan, and is approved.
• To communicate with Imports team and IBM about D&A/S&D/A&M to make clear about the key control and provide consultant of related process.
• Check IBM booking correctly.

• Quarterly GCS testing.

• Ad-hoc imports project.

• MU related team (due to EGTM and imports off-line business),

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or finance
• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in finance function in a multinational FMCG companies
• Fluency in written and spoken in English and Mandarin is mandatory Experience in dealing with database management, good at MS. Excel, PPT
• Experience in SAP / business or financial analysis is a plus
• Logical thinking ability
• Good communication skill
• Strong initiative / improvement mindset
• Priority setting and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Good time management and timely following up on all business matters
• High integrity
