• Responsible for Tmall daily orders especially in aftersales issue, including interdepartmental communicating with CSR, FIN, SCM and warehouse, and coping with related receipts and documents. Be familiar with Tmall aftersales rules and company work flow and be master of basic usage in ERP system.
• Responsible for Tmall customers’ payment invoices, and confirming with CSR and FIN.
• Responsible for gift management in E-commerce, including ERP batch orders and data analysis.
• Responsible for applying and managing Tmall promotion and service payment invoices.
• Coordinating with related issues inside department.

• With bachelor’s degree or above in college, no limitation on work experience.
• Be prudent, flexible thinking, strong communication and coordination skills.
• Positive, detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and be good at learning and summarizing.
• Be proficient in Office software, especially in Excel, and be good at data analysis.

• At least 3 days a week, three month or above internship length.
