Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all e-commerce related activities on current EC platform including but not limited to sales targets, inventory management, daily operations, etc.
- Responsible for Brands sites and WeChat Mini-program maintenance and optimization, closely work with Italian team to improve the user experience
- Manage TP to deliver good execution to make sure the KPI result is in line with the plan
- Build relationship with EC platform and negotiate for good exposure resources to achieve the sales target
- Routine analysis of key business metrics including e-store traffic, conversion analysis, ROI, etc. Work out reports
- Conduct tracking of competitor activities to improve market intelligence
- Translate analysis and insights into tangible actions
- Co-work with PR and Marketing team on online marketing events, also need to manage relevant agency in properly execution with regular performance review
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with 5-year experience in E-commerce experience
- Prior experience in the Luxury sector is highly preferred
- Familiar with e-commerce IT system is a plus such as brandsite, Wechat, OMS, CRM, data analytics
- Familiar with the performance/security/scalability management for E-commerce
- Understanding the IT strategy and roadmap for luxury brand
- Be able to do the business analysis of luxury brands online user experiences
- Entrepreneurial spirit, results focused, hands on, team work spirit, understands luxury
- Good communicator, proficiency in English
