RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the daily aftersale service of the e-commerce platform , answer client inquires
• Copy-writing: Website, social media account contents, marketing materials
• Manage and update the marketing content of social medias and website
• Oversea whole sale business development
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in E-Commerce, especially on AMAZON ,WALMART, ALIBABA, Marketing, or
any related discipline
• Good command of both spoken and written English (Native speaking is preferred)
• Well organized , problem-solving skills ,Responsible
• Good understanding of online social media channels and platforms
• General computer knowledge ( Microsoft Excel , Words);
• Responsible, punctual and good sense of teamwork;
