Position Description:
The Lenovo Services team is building a powerful Consumer Services business and
an innovative business model that will use state of the art methods to reach
our customers.

of additional services and products.

The online services sales business manager will oversee execution of the
services strategy across all e-commerce marketplaces in EMEA, Asia-Pacific and
Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking campaign
effectiveness together with the e-commerce regional product management,
analyzing sales evolution and running successful campaigns, promotions and
effective merchandizing


Responsibilities Include:

\- Oversee implementation and execution of promotional campaigns to increase
services sales
\- Work across teams to leverage best practice and drive innovative solutions
\- Track services related KPIs to verify effectiveness of campaigns
\- Ensure correct service offering planning and positioning Vs. hardware
products
\- Identify innovative opportunities in services online sales

Position Requirements:
\- 5+ years of e-commerce related experience
\- Bachelor’s degree required
\- Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences
\- Service Upsell experience is a plus

Base gross monthly salary from 1400 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part
