E-commerce & marketplace sales manager销售经理
Responsibilities :
Manages and directs an e-commerce sales to achieve sales and profit goals
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for different channels and countries. Manage and lead the strategy for all online sales on ecommerce marketplaces, webshops and B2B sales.
Responsible for achieving profitable sales growth in alignment with annual sales plan goals/objectives
Works collaboratively with procurement team to manage forecasting & inventory positions
Ensure all products are listed across all platforms
Designs and recommends online sales programs and sets short and long-term online sales strategies.
Identifying additional sales channels, new products and product lines. Work towards onboarding new products weekly into the marketplaces.
Track and grow sales; provide daily and monthly sales data reports.
Work closely with the General Manager to effectively integrate the digital strategy with other corporate initiatives.
Build and lead the team to achieve sales and marketing targets .
Establish the technology platform and tools required to easily scale and measure results, in cooperation with the IT department in line with the companies vision
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree with 5+ years experience in international e-commerce sales / sales management
- Creative, intelligent and strong leadership qualities
- Comfortable both delegating work and reprimanding in a firm but fair manner, when necessary.
- Result driven with entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience in managing and motivating others
- Proven ecommerce sales skills: personable and professional;
- Strong interest in using modern technologies and IT systems to achieve, monitor and automate sales. Interest in using Artificial inteligence, business inteligence, ..
- Knowledge of internet marketplace trends and activities. Familiar with ecommerce channels as ebay and Amazon is a plus
- Familiar with business intelligence software is a plus

- Proficient in both oral and written English
