Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of project
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Setup project team, and manage resource allocation
• Develop full scale project plans
• Manage project budget
• Track project deliverables, and complete milestones on time and in quality
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and steering group
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results, and wrap-up with lessons learnt
• Assist on project management process and practice improvement

Education and Experience

• Bachelor degree of mechanical, electrical, or relevant. Master degree is a plus.
• Qualification in project management or equivalent, PMP certificate is an advantage.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• 5+ years of work experience in industry of complex and engineered electromechanical product.
• 3+ years of proven experience in product development project management.
• Proven experience of people management, with virtual team and matrix organization.
• Knowledge and experience of below areas are also desired:
  • DfX (Design for X, and X stands for Reliability, Manufacturability, Installability, Maintainability, etc.).
  • Risk management.
  • Change management.
• Fluent English, both oral and writing.
