As a E-mobility Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for mechanical design for E-Mobility motor, providing technical clarification and technical agreement, in Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China. Reporting to the Engineering Manager I, you will provide technics implementation, assembling support to other function.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible to mechanical design for E-Mobility motor, providing technical clarification and technical agreement
• Focusing on E-Mobility application detail mechanical design and related technical Bill of Materials (BoM)
• Providing technics implementation, assembling support to other function
• Good knowledge on manufacturing process and performance of components of E-Mobility motor
• Visiting customers to support sales, collecting E-mobility market requirement
• Being familiar to E-Mobility standards and knowledge on Force Equals Mass times Acceleration (FEMA)design is a plus
• Cooling design, gear box and electrical design of PM motor knowledge is a plus

Your background

• 3 years of experience in electrical car motors design field with mechanical engineering background on electrical motors
• Knowledge of PC skills, Microsoft Office, Soildworks, AutoCAD, NX
• A bachelor’s degree or above Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Car industry preferred
• Must be motivational, goal-oriented, organizing and must have good planning and analytical skills
• Must be action oriented, customer oriented and capability to work independently
• Fluency in English both oral and written
• Good at communication, full of enthusiasm and like challenging, must be willing to work with different cultures
