In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be the Transformation Expert (Change Manager) to ensure change management is leader-led and supports market adoption by coordinating all people related deliverables. This transformation expert will assure capabilities deployed are properly adopted and embraced by the receiving organization, leading to the realization of benefits.

This position is located in (Cambridge, MA. Nashville, TN. or Remote)

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Supporting deployment of key transformation programs while safeguarding a standard and streamlined change management process.

  • Ensuring Change Management Deliverables are delivered on time in full to enable a leader-led transformation, escalating when appropriate.

  • Enabling knowledge sharing to ensure change management, communication, and learning needs are effectively addressed in line with Program Guidelines and Market requirements.

  • Capturing what is changing (from-to), whom the impacted groups are, create and execute plan on how to guide them through the change.

  • Performing change impact analysis on change effort anticipating risks and roadblocks.

  • Measuring the level of change adoption and act on it; listen to the concerns of the impacted employees and coach / guide them.

  • Adapting, localizing and executing the change and communication plans in the organization.

  • Working closely with the program learning lead to adapt, localize and execute the learning plan.

  • Identifying potential OD changes and work with HR and impacted businesses on how to execute them as part of the overall change plan.

  • Following-up and ensuring new processes and tools are well embedded and followed – post implementation.

The Change Management Practice is part of BT and will report into the Business and the Change Management practice.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, required / Masters a bonus

  • 5+ year’s relevant working experience Change Management skills, Organizational Design and Learning

  • Managing change across Large Scale Projects.

  • Using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

  • Effectively interacts with management as they support a program or project across business, market, and functions.

  • Delivering outcomes through others

  • Working on complex issues where analysis of data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

  • Networking with key contacts outside of own area of expertise.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Consulting & Coaching skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in managing change across projects related to process re-engineering and IT

  • Passionate and driven to fully serve the customer and always outperform competition. Always looking for perfection (required)

  • Passionate about creating innovations and services that truly address consumer needs and delight our consumers. (required)

  • Conceptual, data/details driven, analytically strong and at the same time pragmatic and hands-on (required)

  • A strong team player. You are an excellent communicator and motivator, skilled in managing interpersonal processes (required).

  • Courageous and smart thinker, able to continuously challenge the status quo, with a strong desire to improve organizational effectiveness structurally.
