Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high quality Junior English (grammar, vocabulary, literature), (Academic) writing, and test prep classes (SSAT/TOEFL, etc).
2. Monitor progress and provide regular feedback on students' performance after each class.
3. Prepare and update all lesson plans, teaching materials, homework, mock tests.
4. Keep good communication interanlly with the team in delivering excellent customer service.
5. Support local marketing promotion work when needed.
6. MUST be able to work during after school times, weekends, holidays.

Job Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English, ABC or ABK candidate preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years experience teaching Junior English (EAL/EFL), academic writing and/or SAT/IELTS/TOEFL.
3. Candidate must enjoy working with students from G5 to G 10.
4. Degree in English literature or English education preferred.
5. Basic computer/IT skills to make teaching plans, materials, etc.

Job Type:
- Full-time

Working hours:
- 2 days off per week, teach according to the class schedule (weekday afternoon till night time, weekends, holidays).
- No office hours required after a successful probation

Work Location:
- 2 Centers in Shanghai (Gubei & Huacao)

Salary:
- Further negotiated based on the candidate's experience and competences.

Work Visa:
- Foreign candidate MUST be able to provide relevant documents for work permit and visa application.
