Purpose of Job

Reporting to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, the Pool & Gym Supervisor is responsible for establishing, planning, coordinating and managing of pool & gym operations. He/she will set up policies and procedures and oversee all operational and financial matters of the facilities.

Do you have the following?

• Diploma or above in Sports Management or related disciplines. Professional licences in sports science, fitness and first aids preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in fitness, spa or related field.
• Possess valid Pool Lifeguard Award
• Presentable, fun, independent, organised, with multi-tasking capability
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with external and internal customers
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Fully computer literate
