Job Description
Purpose of Job
Reporting to Director of Guest Experience, the Assistant Director of Guest Experience is responsible for leading the Management Office operations to ensure adherence to proper standards.
Do you have the following?
- Degree Holder in Hotel Management/Property Management or related disciplines
- Sound knowledge in serviced apartment operations
- Minimum 8 years working experience with at least 6 years in Front Office, of which 3 years in 4/5-star hotel operation/serviced apartment in relevant position
- Strong business skill in running Front Office operation including budget and forecast preparation, P&L (Profit and Loss) analysis and cost control
- Excellent social and language skills with passion for the industry and in delighting guests
- Strong people management skills including performance management and individual/team development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work closely with other departments outgoing and people orientated
- Very flexible and able to adapt to different situations and management demands
