1. CC NE CN Digitization Owner - Take the lead of all digitization relevant topic for NE area( eg: interact w/ BDO, plan & prioritize development plan & progress regular review).
2. Cross functional process coach, Bosch engineering process coach.
3. Workshop/meeting facilitator, prepare & moderation.
4. Report material collection/Wording / formatting.

1. Digitization know-how is preferred.
2. Agile competence basic know how.
3. Project management experience is preferred.
4. Be familiar with Bosch process.
5. SW background is preferred.
6. Strong sense of responsibility; Hardworking;
7. Good English writing and communication skill
