Job Description 职位描述

• As EBS（Elkem Business System ）& Lean Coach, work with cross functional teams to drive improvement within the organization in Elkem China, facilitate the improvement projects.

• Provide training and coaching to Elkem staff all over China on EBS principles, tools and methodologies.

• Transfer EBS related information and best practice between plants/units in China.

• Coach and support lean activities and continuous improvement project in the value chain, up to 80% of time work on shop floor improvement.

5. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications 要求与资质

• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred with major in Engineering background.

• Work Experience: 5 years working experience or above, with hand-on Lean production i.e. Toyota Production System, TPM, WCM experience and project management in multinational company.

• Skills:

• Good English language skills both verbal and written;

• Good computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel, Power-point.

• Ability to motivate, drive and influence others at all levels of the organization.

• Personalities:

• Enjoy working with people and continuous improvement;

• Patient, loyal, diligent, easy going, careful, proactive;

• Can do spirit and effective communicator;

• Willingness to travel frequently.

Work Location

工作地点:

mainly work in the plant in Jiangxi or Gansu province, otherwise work at home office at below regions: Shanghai, Jiangxi, Gansu, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shaanxi, Hunan, Hubei, Henan.
