Key Responsibilities

·       Key contact of daily communication with clients. Become clients’ trusted advisor for Tmall EC related queries thought leadership.

·       Develop Tmall media buy strategy and media campaigns recommendations on brief.  Develop working EC framework and process to ensure consistency of EC roll out for all brands

·       Build strong relationships with clients and EC partners

·       Ensure “Execution Excellence” of whole team from brief to reporting delivery

·       Manpower management to ensure team efficiency with high quality in daily job

·       Project management on always-on projects as well as willingness to take on ad-hoc projects

·       Ecommerce ROI and sales performance delivery

·       Account management with cross team communication

·       Planning recommendation and presentation

Competencies

·       5 years’ experience in performance marketing media and delivery, especially Tmall; better with agency experience

·       Experience in managing Tmall performance campaign, as well as Ali new branding products.

·       Integrated media planning skill with ability to integrate performance media alongside branding and Tmall content solutions.

·       Strong strategy skills and logical thinking

·       Good communication skill with ability to simplify the complexity of EC in layman terms

·       Must have advance PowerPoint and Excel skills

Competencies
