Job Description
Responsibilities
The ECA Specialist Instructor:
- He/she must be qualified and have experience in teaching/coaching for the specified activity.
- He/she must be able provide a high quality teaching/coaching service which will enable students of Infant/Primary age to make appropriate improvements in the activity.
- He/she must be able to conduct the activity in English, and whilst fluency in English is preferable, a level by which the instruction is not diminished due to lack of English ability is a minimum expectation
4. He/she must have the experience to manage a class of students, in a way that they are clearly in charge of the children and not allowing the students to behave inappropriately. Experience of teaching at these age levels is preferable.
5.He/she needs to be able to adapt to the school's procedures and systems for the ECA programme, which includes the administration and assessment reports.
The ECA Specialist will be reporting to the EPC ECA Supervisor on all matters relating to programme.
