#### Position Description:


ECAT Technical Project Manager is expect to work with peer functions as a team
to development the leading edge Lenovo server offerings. This role is
responsible for leading a project team including managing resources and
contract manufacturers, managing projects in delivering projects on time,
within budget. The overall performance responsibility is for managing project
scope, cost, schedule, and deliverable, including planning, status tracking,
change control, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact to negotiate scope, schedule, cost, risks,
and prepare RFQ/NDA and related document
• Ensure cross functional core teams fulfill SOW commitments across all
applicable functions
• Manage technical data repository (BOM, gerber, schematics, PCB stackup,
etc.)
• Track ECAT build progress, review BOM sourcing, report status and make
necessary corrections to achieve program goals
• Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper
escalation

#### Position Requirements:


Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of project management experience (or
Master’s degree and 3-5 years of experience).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Priority setting skills
• Comfortable with writing and communicating clear and concise information to
team, management, and customers
Position Requirements: Preferred Requirements

• Prior experience working with global development teams.
• Experience in managing and delivering server products.
• Knowledge of industry standards in PCB design, including DFT/ DFM
