工作职责:
1. 销售业绩任务分解与跟进分析,有效进行销售管理;
2. 带领顾问团队完成每月的销售任务;
3. 顾问的招聘协助,顾问团队的培训、教练与日常管理;
4. 培训与监督顾问团队的客户服务跟进,及时解决相应的问题;
5. 有效协调本部门与其他部门的相关工作;
6. 积极支持并协助市场活动的顺利开展。
任职要求:
1. 大专以上学历,3年以上早教行业或教育培训行业相关工作经验;
2. 热爱教育事业,愿意帮助家长解决孩子成长中的问题;
3. 有丰富的儿童教育知识积累,良好的分析能力、销售管理能力,实现分配团队任务和资源最大化利用;
4. 沟通能力强、热情开朗、有强烈责任感、诚信、对销售工作充满激情、愿意接受挑战;
5. 能承受一定工作压力,有自我推动力和上进心,善于学习和自我情绪调整。
Responsibilities:
1. Sales target resolving and analysis, effectively sales management;
2. Leading sales team to achieve the sales target monthly;
3. Helping recruitment of sales team, training, coaching and manage the sales team;
4. Provide professional guidance and help to children and training the team in service;
5. Cooperation with other departments;
6. Support and give assistance to marketing work actively.
Requirement:
1. College degree or above, at least 3 year experience in early child education industry;
2. Be enthusiastic in early education, love children, love to help children to grow up;
3. Rich experience in children education, good analysis ability and sales management skills;
4. Good at communication, opened, strong sense of team, able to work under pressure;
5. Positive, warm, cheerful, responsible, honest and self-drive;
6. Rich educational knowledge and fluent using English is preferred.
