In this role you will be the primary subject matter expert in developing, implementing, and driving the integration and portfolio development efforts of Enterprise Services new business acquisitions and partnerships. Enterprise Services is a key Business Unit within Siemens Healthineers, with broad capabilities including integrating the entire Siemens Healthineers portfolio into a single customized customer solution. This role suits a dynamic individual who is a subject matter expert in the business of consulting and has the ability to think creatively while leveraging their experience and entire Siemens Healthineers portfolio in order to design strategic services which can accelerate the growth of Enterprise Services. This position is a direct report to the GM, Head of Value Partnerships, Americas. This is a role well suited to an ambitious consulting expert, looking for the next step in their career. You will be responsible for: · Be the subject matter expert for all things medical technology and consulting · Drive business plan (including financial and growth targets) for new acquisition within Enterprise Services eco-system and more broadly across the Siemens Healthineers portfolio · Educate and arm colleagues with the value story and impact of acquisition within the Enterprise Services eco-system and client base · Project management of the post-close integration process, including coaching cross-functional team collaboration, managing, and participating in weekly integration team meetings and driving proactive issue resolution · Communicate regularly and report on progress of business plan implementation and growth progress · Conduct ongoing reporting and project management functions and duties as required. · Develop Go-to-Market strategy and offerings that are complimentary to the Enterprise Services value story and the broader Siemens Healthineers portfolio. · Identify risks and opportunities and develop go-forward action strategies and work plans. · Work closely and comfortably across the matrix organization in order to identify opportunities and build solutions around the acquisition. · In addition to the above, implement a commercial framework that has a measurable business growth impact. · Provide internal consulting on critical/strategic business questions and drive initiatives within Enterprise Services. · Cultivate strong and collaborative cross-functional partnerships with peers and key stakeholders which ensure organization alignment and the achievement of the Enterprise Services strategy and growth objectives. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers · You have deep experience with product and solution development including discovery, design, scoping, planning and commercialization. · You are highly self-motivated and ambitious with a high level of intellectual curiosity in order to solve complex strategic issues while also always exploring ways to improve · You are organized, with the ability to bring clarity, structure and execution to ambiguous situations and problems. · You have advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio etc. Required skills to have for the success of this role · 10+ years experience in healthcare consulting · Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Management or Finance related field, MBA preferred · Experience with a solution and product development within a healthcare/technology business. · Must be able to travel 50% or more as required.
