My client is a MNC sporting goods retailer with over 1000 stores in the world. They provide a wide range of sporting goods from clothing, sportswear and sports equipment.

職務說明

• Responsible for the P&L and the operation of Taiwan local ECommerce business.

• Lead functional managers (IT, logistics, and marketing) to deliver excellent user experiences and business results.

• Collaborate with physical stores and other senior managers to work on corporate level strategy and actions.

• Work with internal supporting team like supply chain, finance, marketing, IT …etc and external 3rd party suppliers (IT, advertisement agencies…) to guarantee the quality of daily operation.

• Manage digital marketing budget to deliver efficient and effective results.

• Take the regional practices as resources and reference, to formulate the roadmap of local IT evolution and support OMNI-channel development

理想的應徵者

• +10 year work experience, with good organizational and interpersonal maturity. Retail industry and global company exposure is a plus.

• Used to directly manage business unit, responsible for P&L no less than NTD 300 million turnover/year

• Span of management: +10 personnel

• At least 8-year eCommerce experience. Familiar with IT, EC logistics and digital marketing. No need to be expert in all domains, but must have general/comprehensive knowledge in order to lead professional teams.

• A manager with good leadership and capability of coaching.

• Local Taiwanese. English fluency is a must.

• Passion in Sports.
