- To deliver EC Sales and Profit target by developing and implementing business operation
plans within budget by complying the EC strategy.
- Build up Tmall group and social commerce business; expand and manage business
relationship with key accounts
- Manage EC business operations including but not limited to inventory and warehouse,
logistics and distribution, sales forecasting management, and funding management etc.
- Work closely with appointed agencies to drive traffic and deliver a superior consumer
shopping experience for target shoppers, including but not limit to optimizing target store key
elements including branding, design, navigation, assortment, site content, traffic generation,
and demand generation etc.
- In charge of the operation and campaign running for Tmall group and social commerce
platforms.
- Optimize business ROI by accurate planning and execution in quarterly and monthly level
and with efficient communication between EC marketing and online key accounts
- Responsible for signing contract, planning and getting the sales results, developing the
distribution sales network and keeping the business relationship with EC channels.
- Lead other strategic projects related to Tmall and social commerce to explore business
opportunities and expand business scale. Launch new products including NPD promotion &
campaign planning, continuously monitoring KPI achievement and adjust planning based on
performance
- Build up the business relationship with key E-commerce platforms in a professional way, e.g.
develop and execute annual business plan and drive regular business reviews &
engagement with key E-commerce platforms.

- Bachelor degree or above.
- 5 year+ for FMCG channel sales experience, at least 2+ EC key account management
experience.
- People management experience is preferred.
- Strong ability to build trust with and influencing internal and external business partners.
- Effective working in a fast paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership, bias
for actions, ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results.
- Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically from developing strategic plans,
working with large amount of data, to applying metrics to test hypotheses, develop insights,
and quantify results
- Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc.
- Team player, ability to work well with all level of employees.
- Fluent in English both in oral and written.
- Advanced skills in MS Office especially in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong Data Analytical and organizational skills.
