職務說明

• Plan and implement activities/campaigns provided by partners to increase website traffic and enhance conversion. (Partners: e-commerce platforms and brand e-commerce)

• Plan regular activities/campaigns and arrange resources to achieve corporate goals

• Plan and implement projects, such as the annual plan of e-commerce and budget allocation to achieve the goals

• Coordinating with supporting functions and other departments to implement varied projects

• Be accountable for revenue and business metrics and can meet the company's goals.

• Identifying and evaluating innovative approaches to catch the business opportunities in the market and enhance revenues growth.

• Collect, analyse and consolidate data

• Analyse CRM member and allocate the ATL/onsite resources

理想的應徵者

• 5+ years of progressive purchase or category management experience in E-Commerce or retail industry.

• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Able to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment dealing with numerous people at different levels of the organization.

• Fluent English abilities in verbal and writing (Most of the contacts with the branches and headquarter are communicated in English)

• Familiar with internet marketing and have practical experiences in digital media
