Job Description
- Overall ED responsibility to the E-Scooter business in China
- Including functions (Manufacturing Bosch Scalable Drives, Platform development, (Internal) Sales, product management, Controlling)
- Coordinate and control all business matters and ensure high quality output for the whole CN business unit (all BU relevant functions)
- Define and implement regional strategy for E-Scooter business in China
- Drive internationalization of E-Scooter business (coordination of Vietnam and India location project)
- Support customer relationship management and acquisition support together with the 2WP business unit
- Drive platform development for InHub and centrally mounted drive systems for E-Scooters
- Competency development for local team with the target to fit business growing requirement
- Plan and realize the future E-Scooter manufacturing footprint in China
- Coordinate the supplier development activities for InHub motors (supported by purchasing organization)

- Solid technical understanding, preferably for motor and drive knowledge
- Good communication skills (also in English)
- Profound experience in at least 2 functions out of 4: application engineering, customer project management, operations management (including purchasing), logistics and supply chain management to steer the international production network
- Basic commercial understanding
