Software Engineers conduct or participate in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with design, layout and/or hardware engineers in the design, development, and utilization of productivity enhancement analog tools and flows, electronic data processing systems software. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education, judgement and formal software process. Candidate will be working on Analog Circuit Design Tools and Flows support and development across various Intel business units and vendors. Candidate will also help define and improve analog design methodology aspects working with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field with experience in the following:

• EDA tools for simulation and circuit design: one or more of the following tools from Cadence OR Synopsys OR Mentor:

- Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, Assembler, Maestro, Verifier, Hspice, CustomSim,
- AMS, Mixed Signal sims, Reliability, Variation Sims, VCS-XA, Finesim, Liberate
- SiliconSmart, StarRC, QRC, EAD

• Analog Circuits and Circuit Simulation
• One or more of the following: Perl, Python, C, C++, Matlab, Cadence Skill

Preferred Qualifications:

• Insight into Layout verification, extraction, reliability, HV, PDK development, Machine Learning
