You will be a key member of this growing team helping to define the future of the organization while supporting and leading daily operations.” Sincerely, Associate Director, Digital Orders YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE… A Leader in operational excellence. You will use your deep order management\SAP operations experience to serve as the point of contact for the Digital Orders Team, focusing on EDI sustaining issues. Responsible for developing processes and documentation to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction of EDI order management. A Creative Thinker. You will identify and drive operational improvements that deliver options to reduce errors, increase use and satisfaction of the EDI platform. You will build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers YOU WILL: Work well with data. Responsible for monitoring daily order workflow to ensure proper processing Support the business effectively. same day order corrections in SAP, monitoring open orders report in support of business needs Drive operational excellence. Work directly with Credentialing, Master Data, Customer Master to setup and resolve issues related to customers’ accounts for EDI order processing. Work directly with BT to resolve issues. Leverage technical abilities manage GHX intelligent business rules to ensure all orders submitted via GHX or Direct EDI are processed without errors. Drive decision-making and prioritization for the business through analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing best practices Act as a leader for the business. You will be responsible for the implementation of solutions for complex business problems. Creatively think ahead. Identify areas of improvement related to the EDI process. Collaborate and lead. Research Requests from various departments (Consignment Issues, Invoicing Issues, Failed Orders, Failed Account Connections) Develop/Manage benchmarks/KPI's Maintains accurate tracking to develop KPI’s for the sustaining process. Analyze project metrics and create reports on process performance against project initiatives and goals to support the businesses objectives Qualifications YOU BRING: Experience working with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point Experience working in SAP, Open Orders reports, Customer Service. EDI Experience, Master Data Account Setup experience, GHX and other 3rd Party VAN experience preferred Experience with PSP and Consignment order management preferred Ability to work independently and plan extensively to meet goals. Problem-solving and analytical experience Ability to work independently and plan extensively to meet goals. Ability to maintain accuracy consistency and quality in a fast paced, multi tasked environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and heavy work volume within time constraints. Must be self-motivated and approach tasks with a positive pro-active attitude. Must have the eagerness and capacity to learn.
