Task Description:

• Drive China specific requirements, based on own experience and in cooperation with RD C/x departments
• Communicate and implement the CHN specifics and uniques in vehicle projects (via PLS/PLEE and Commodity Group work) and functional and module strategies (China Requirement Working Groups, collaboration with RD/x).
Development and adjustment Telematics or ADAS & Comfort E/E to China specific functional testing conditions and requirements
• Develop Telematics (or ADAS & Comfort E/E) functional testing procedures to meet major use cases in China in order to evaluate and approve the quality and performance in China
• RD release management including documentation, diagnosis and quick solution finding
• Distinguish most harming and customer related parameters based on field researches, customer observation and feedback of component responsible engineers in RD in order to design tailored systematic Telematics testing procedures
Plan and conduct overall E/E testing in China
• Plan required vehicles to give release after completion of system level functional testing in accordance with project plan or MDS process
• Vehicle, parts and resources preparation
• Maintenance as well as completion in a timely manner and within project timeline
• Conduct Telematics functional test cases accordingly to fulfill MB standards and customers satisfaction
• Regularly report testing progress
Issue finding, tracking and documentation
• Proper documentation of any issue findings in systems accordingly
• Support responsible engineer to reproduce issue and further analysis
• Report the updated failure solving status at issue tracking platforms
