This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead requirements analysis, design reviews follow development process. Participate in function safety analysis activities, support system TSR/TSC analysis, do HW level FuSa. Responsible for high-power converter topology selection and comparison Responsible for HW architecture, lead components selection , WCA and simulation. Employ appropriate DFSS tools during product development, e.g D-FMEA,FTA… lead to create HW development plan, manual, time schedule, test plan, sample plan and release document,. Develop and launch OBC and DCDC products following the stage-gate process, organize technical review and rate scorecard in each gate. Establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with internal and external partners, also with customer . Lead the field trouble-shooting in customer field and production line Support RFQ for technical discussions with Auto OEMs and supplier, do regular communication with oversea teams Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Power electronics/ EE is required, master is preferred. above 9 years experience in high-power(>1.5kw) product experience OBC/DCDC /UPS/Solar Converter. Good knowledge in power electronic, have EMC/thermal practice experience Familiar with automotive product development process, have mass production experience . FuSa experience is a plus. Proficient in switch power simulation and design (Pspice, PSIM, Simetrix…) . Can work under big pressure, keep learning and self-motivated Proficient in written and oral English, and cross-culture cooperation experience . Good communication skills Yes!
