Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of a diverse group of students in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents to promote academic growth.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
- Participate in school-related activities, including parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Native English speaker
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in a primary school setting
- Familiarity with and ability to adapt to the culture of China
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
