1.Assist EHS function to establish, monitoring and improve safety management system against OHSAS18001/ISO14001.

2.Assist EHS function to establish, monitor and improve EHS Programs against the Alcan EHS FIRST Directives, local laws & regulations, and hazards identified in the workplace.

3.Hold basic EHS training and necessary management for contractors/visitors. Conduct and demonstrate EHS professionalism on key EHS Directives, and local laws& regulations.

4.Develop EHS training materials for use by Department Mangers to deliver to their employees.

5.Document EHS inspection and audit findings and record the daily EHS meetings. Collect and track EHS observation on daily basis.

6.Document all of the accidents from company worldwide and follow them through for plant communication and the corrective actions.

7.Make statistic, compilation and analysis upon EHS relevant data, and primarily prepare EHS report necessary for authority and company.

8.Boost EHS visual workplace coordinated to 5S implementation.

9.Daily check and monitor the implementation of departments EHS accountability and actively observe significant risk and promptly advise to EHS management team.

10.Conduct EHS team activities, including BBS, ERT, and Fire Salvage and so on.

11.Commit to appropriate tasks assigned by headquarter.

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor degree or higher in EHS related majors. Preferably in Safety& Health field

2.Awareness of and adherence to all quality standards as ISO/TS16949 and guidelines and compliance with safety, health and environment regulations

3.At least 5 years’ experience working with EHS in manufacturing. National registered Safety Engineer is preferable.

4.Good English skill both written and oral.

5.A solid EHS FIRST type mindset is essential.
