Responsibilities 工作职责:

• 协助建立和完善EHS管理体系。Assistant to build up and improve EHS management system

• 组织安全委员对各部门车间进行安全与5S方面的评估和检查，做出改善行动方案，协助各部门完成改善行动。Organize all representatives to make a assessment for safety and 5S and audit in all departments, work out improvement action plan and assistant them to finish.

• 对新员工进行安全与5S方面的培训。Offer new employees for safety and 5S training

• 协助公司内部和客户外部等安全方面的审核，以及针对审核后组织采取改善行动。Assistant to go through inner and client audit, and take action to improve after auditing.

• 全厂消防器材（灭火器，消防栓，紧急照明灯）管理/检查协调/追踪/更换Manage and change extinguisher

• 厂商施工管理：施工隔离标示，警告标示，施工拍照/记录，动火作业管理Suppliers’ construction management

• 每天巡厂：员工是否戴安全眼镜，穿安全鞋等，安全标志是否完好，员工是否有危险作业/动作（在工作场所）Go around the plant and check( if the staffs wear glasses and safety shoes, if safety sign is in good condition, if the staffs work in danger)

• 其它临时交办事项ad-hoc job

• Typical Education Level教育背景:

University or above 本科或以上

• Specialized knowledge and skills特殊技能：

Good knowledge in Chinese laws, regulations, standards regarding EHS; Good experience and skill in the environmental and /or health& safety field; Good communication and interpersonal skill; Good English skill is a must.

熟悉中国法律法规, EHS 标准；具有丰富的环境健康安全管理经验和技能，良好的沟通能力，必备英语技能
