EHS Coordinator – Siemens Industrial Ltd., Dhaka Bangladesh We’re looking for the makers of tomorrow! The incumbent would be based at factory location and will be responsible to support the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) function in Bangladesh. The incumbent must be a Bangladeshi national. How do you craft the future through your incredible EHS / Safety experience? Coordinate and ensure implementation of defined measures at factory according to relevant EHS guidelines, procedures and local regulations. Monitor existing and potential EHS concerns and recommend priorities for resolution. Collect and consolidate necessary data; generate monthly factory EHS reports. Support the Factory Management and EHS Head in factory related EHS issues. Develop EHS training materials and conducts EHS training and awareness sessions with applicable factory employees/contractors. Ensure implementation of safety and environmental requirements at factory as per EHS Risk Assessments and SOPs of high-risk activities. Promote / support to maintain a sustainable Safety culture at factory as per Siemens standard. Ensure regular near miss/hazard reporting and coordinate/lead UA/UC Reporting /collecting/closing actions Drive/lead factory EHS committee Lead factory Emergency and Fire safety management. Support in quality management related activities at factory occasionally on need basis. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds You must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering from a reputable university, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background is preferred. Having an international certification on Health & Safety would be an added advantage. You bring at least 5 years of proven experience in EHS/Safety related role. Well-versed with MS Office suit. Should have good communication and presentation skills both in Bengali and English. Capable of working under pressure. Excellent collaboration and solution centric problem-solving approach is a role requirement.
