Technical Tasks：

• Assist manager to set up EHS organization, EHS committee, safety responsibility system, the safety management regulations, and supervise the departments to carry out.
• Collection and issuing EHS laws and regulations
• Transaction and report of government affairs related safety and environment.
• Responsible for the organization of safety education and examination, the annual test, assessment, registration and report
• Organize safety meetings, safety day, and safety activities, carry out security contest, and summarize advanced experience, etc
• Carry out daily EHS inspection, support EHS inspection of operation and track the findings to improve
• Assist leaders to revise safety management rules, job safe operating rules, safety responsibility system and safety measures for temporary dangerous operations, etc
• Regularly and irregularly inspect staff for the implementation of production safety regulations, in time to stop peccancy operations, peccancy instructions and unsafe behavior, have the right to report and punish according to the company's safety management system, have the right to stop the hazard that will threaten lives and safety and report it immediately.
• Participate in investigation, analysis, handle of safety and environment accident and propose preventive measures, responsible for the safety and environment accident statistics and report
• Establish and perfect the safety account, responsible for guiding the establishment and check of safety account for the shift. Supervise and check the correct use of personal protective equipment
• Standards of labor protection plan, statistics and reimbursement of monthly labor protection plan
• Annual examination, operation training, and operation re-examination training of special equipment
• Fire facility like fire extinguisher, fire hydrant check and maintenance
• Monitor and measure the environment and safety aspect which have a significant impact on a regular basis. Controlling of waste water, solid waste and noise pollution, regularly contact qualified body to monitor
• Responsible for identification and management of hazardous waste, and arrange qualified supplier for disposal
• Responsible for the supervision and inspection of supplier activities in accordance with the environmental protection, safety and fire protection requirements during working in ZKW
• Other work assigned by the Company

Functional Qualifications：

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environment or Engineering
• More than 5 years EHS working experience in mechanical manufacturing or automotive industry
• Certified Safety Engineer

• 协助领导修订安全管理细则、岗位安全操作细则、安全责任制和制定临时性危险作业的安全措施等
• 定期及不定期检查职工对安全生产规章制度的执行情况，及时制止违章作业、违章指挥和不安全行为，并有权根据公司的安全管理制度进行上报和处罚。对危及职工生命安全的重大隐患，有权停止生产并立即上报
• 参加安全、环境事故的调查、分析、处理，提出防范措施，负责安全、环境事故的统计和上报
• 建立健全厂区各种安全台帐，负责指导各班组安全台帐的建立并进行检查。督促检查个人防护用品的正确使用
• 劳保用品计划标准制定，月度劳保用品计划统计、报账
• 特种设备年度检验、操作培训、操作复审培训
• 消防设施的检查和维护，如灭火器和消火栓
• 负责定期监测和测量公司内对环境、职业健康安全有影响的关键特性，控制废水、废气、固体废弃物排放及噪音污染，定期委托有资质的单位进行监测
• 负责公司内危险废弃物的识别、管理，并安排有资质的供应商进行处理
• 负责监督检查供应商在施工、服务期间，公司有关环境保护、安全、消防要求的落实情况
• 完成公司指派的其它任务

• 安全环境或工科相关专业，本科学历
• 5年以上机械制造或汽车行业EHS 工作经历
• 注册安全工程师证书
