• Establish and improve EHS management system in Sekurit plants to comply with local regulations & Saint-Gobain policy and standards

  建立和改进安全玻璃工厂内的EHS管理体系，达到全面遵守国家法律法规以及圣戈班集团的标准和要求。

• Allocate and use company resources to drive EHS programs, performances forwards

  合理分配和利用公司的资源，推动EHS管理项目、EHS业绩的持续改进。

• Create injury-free and Environment-friendly working environment.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• Work with President and EHS committee to establish annual EHS objectives/ targets

  与公司总裁及EHS管理委员会一起制订年度的EHS目标、指标

• Establish &update safety, healthy and environment procedures, action plans or projects to ensure compliance with local regulations / SG group standards.

  建立及更新EHS程序、行动计划和改进项目，确保符合我们的运作符合国家的法律法规及圣戈班集团的标准。

• Maintain & continuously improve ISO14001 system in plants

  维持和持续改进SGHSS & SGSSh已建立的ISO14001管理系统

• Apply & launch EHS management tools in Sekurit plants, these include Root Cause analysis, SMAT, Risk Assessment, NOS, TAS, PLM, EHS Self-diagnosis, and Loss risk ranking system, etc.

  在安全玻璃工厂，应用和实施EHS的管理工具，这包括事故根源分析、高层管理人员安全交流(SMAT)、风险评估、噪音监测、有毒物质标准、人机工程评估、EHS管理系统自评和灾害风险评估系统，等。

• Set up auditing /monitoring system to ensure EHS action plans, procedures, SG group recommended tools will be implemented within timelines and applied.

  建立定期的审核、监督系统，确保EHS行动计划、程序及集团推荐的工具能够及时实施。

• Follow up corrective actions from Group auditing, system auditing, internal auditing and/or accident lessons, etc; and ensure them tracked and timely closed.

• Develop EHS training programs and organize EHS training for management teams, line management and general employees / temporary workers and/or contractors/visitors.

  制订EHS培训计划，为公司管理层、现场管理人员、普通员工/临时工、承包商和访客提供相关的EHS培训。

• Launch EHS events, projects or other activities to buy in general employees, line management and top management for EHS culture setup

  举办EHS活动和项目，让普通员工、现场管理人员及***管理人员参与的EHS的管理，创建EHS文化。

• Organize annual special equipment inspections, Environmental /occupational aspects monitoring, health or occupational health checkup to ensure site operations in compliance.

  组织年度特种设备检查、环境因素/职业病危害因素的监测、年度的福利体检和在岗职业病体检等，确保公司运作符合国家的法律法规。

• Be as the liaisons with local authorized officials and/or third parties to ensure site environment, health, safety and fire management in compliances.

  与当地的相关政府部门、第三方建立必要的联系，确保公司的环境、健康、安全和消防管理符合国家的法律法规。

• Manage site clinic to provide JIT first aid services, on-site health consulting and promotions to employees.

  管理公司的医务室，为公司员工提供及时的急救服务、健康咨询和健康宣传。

• Establish clinic procedures；and manage health checkup and occupational health checkup documentations /other records.

  建立健全工厂医务室管理，并保存相关的健康体检、职业病体检的报告和记录。

• Establish site security procedures；and manage outsourcing security guards to ensure site in safe conditions.

  建立公司保安制度；管理外包的保安队员，确保整个公司处于安全的状况下。

• Provide monthly reports to site management team, delegation and Group through online EHS reports and internal reports.

  通过在线汇报及内部报告形式，每月定期向公司管理层、办事处和集团汇报。

Job Requirements工作要求

• EHS working experience in 5-7 years in industrial field in international company

  有5-7年在工业领域的跨国公司EHS工作的经验。

• Own strong experiences and management skills in a multi-culture international company.

  国际公司工作环境管理方面的特殊技能。

• Fluent in English (oral/writing)

  英语熟练

• Strong ability in communication, executions and result-oriented.

• Be willing to change; work independently with high pressures and make decisions to solve problems.
