Key Responsibilities:

• Set up EHS plan & objectives based on company situation and global guideline

• Develop, implement, and manage environment, health & safety related SOPs and procedures to fulfill company EHS objectives

• Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure all corrective actions are completed in time

• Leading series of initiatives to create a EHS premier culture within company

• Lead incident investigation, and recommend corrective action for personal injury, property loss, near-miss cases

• Develop and deliver the trainings for employees per the request of Sandvik policy and procedures and national and local regulatory

• Compliance assurance – through evaluation to defined the gaps and develop corrective action plans to closed all non-compliance

• Provide the effective supervision, management, motivation and training of all Sandvik associates in areas of personal safety, health, regulatory compliance, and environmental concerns.

• Conduct risk assessment for job site and develop the control measurement.

• Develop, set up and maintain an integrated EHS management system in site based on (but not limit to) ISO14001, ISO45001, Sandvik EHS Management system & Safety standardization

• Develop emergency response plan, and work for emergency preparedness and response drill coordination

• PPE selection & management based on risk assessment

• Coordinate with the local authorities and completed the reports per their request

  Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in environmental/safety/health/hygiene science and/or mechanical engineering

• At least 5 years multi-national company’s similar work experience, heavy industry is preferred

• Fluent English both in written and oral ability

• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

• Integrity, self-motivated, teamwork spirit

• Good communication skills and problem define, data collection, fact establishment and conclusion draw
