§ Develop and maintain Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. Audit the effectiveness of EHS System and report issues to management.

§ Assists organization understand EHS regulations and other applicable standards, including guidance on handling compliance, inspections and citations.

§ Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develops, in consort with the line organization, hazard control practices and programs.

§ Identify EHS training needs, implement and manage programs regarding EHS training, development. Including Employee Orientation, FLSP safety training, Engineer safety competence training, installation safety training, safety BBS training, tool box safety talks etc.

§ Implement the PPE program to ensure correct standard PPE is provided and used at an acceptable cost.

§ Establish the emergency preparedness and response system and conduct regular drill to improve the effectiveness.

§ Plan and organize regular EHS audit, inspections and follow up to improve the non-conformities, Stop safety violations that have the potential to cause immediate danger to the life and health (IDLH).

§ Coordinate to establish safety instruction in business department according to company EHS policy.

§ Organize EHS activities, drive to report all EHS incidents including near miss, and develop the safety culture at workplace.

§ Investigate the causes of safety & environment accidents and define the corrective & preventive actions.

§ Establish and extend EHS plan to each branch via management EHS review meeting.

§ Improve the organization EHS competence by integrating EHS in regional business routines.

§ Implement & improve subcontracting and supplier safety management program

§ Manage the EHS documentation and records according to corporate policy. 

l Bachelor’s degree in safety engineering and technology, industrial hygiene, or related Engineering technical field or equivalent education or experience.

l Minimum four years safety or health management experience in manufacturing.

l Good organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

l Be familiar with EHS Regulation and Legislation in construction and air conditioning industry.

l Passionate, result-driven in EHS professional area. Excellent English in reading and written skills.
