Job Description
JOB FUNCTION ：
FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE – To provide the day to day EHS support. Implementing and monitoring of PPG Environment/Health/Safety/ (EHS) Process in PPG ASC Tianjin Plant to be consistent with legal and company EHS Requirements. Work closely with PPG ASC Tianjin site operation team to set up and maintain PPG EHS management system to manage the EHS aspects/hazards appropriately in PPG ASC Tianjin Site.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist Operations Manager for the establishing, implementing and maintenance of PPG EHS management system.
- 协助运营经理建立、实施和维护分EHS管理体系
- Organize EHS Risk Identification & assessment for the potential hazards through Job Safety Analysis, Process Safety Management, PPE assessment, Environmental Aspect Matrix, annual risk prioritization etc. and tracking the implementing of recommended actions.
- 组织EHS风险识别与评估的潜在危险通过工作安全分析,过程安全管理,PPE评估、环境因素矩阵,年度风险优先级等和跟踪实施的行动建议。
- Develop and implement a strong EHS performance culture throughout the organization with all levels of employees through communication processes, EHS Process gap analysis, effective training solutions, and EHS performance appraisal.
- 制定和实施一个强大的EHS绩效文化在整个组织中各个层次的员工通过沟通流程,EHS流程差距分析,有效的培训解决方案,和EHS绩效考核。
- Establish and implement the relevant EHS procedures to be compliance with PPG EHS requirements and local EHS laws & regulations.
- 建立和实施相关的EHS程序是符合分EHS要求和当地EHS法律和法规。
- Tracking and follow up to close the EHS inspection findings at different level, i.e. Corporate EHS audit, AP regional EHS assessment, regular site inspection, etc. .
- 跟踪和跟进关闭EHS检查发现在不同的层面,即企业EHS审核,美联社区域EHS评估、定期现场检查,等等。
- Follow up and monitoring EHS KPI.
- Be responsible for EHS related governments’ liaison, to maintain the EHS permits and regulation conformance monitoring and investigation by governments.
- 负责EHS相关政府的联络,维护EHS许可和监管一致性由政府监测和调查。
- Implement outsourced EHS services management, including routine Environmental monitoring, IH monitoring, hazardous waste disposal etc.
- 实施EHS外包服务管理,包括日常环境监测,IH监控、危险废物处置等。
- Coordinating the developing and implementing the site EHS training plan
- Work with HR department to develop and implement the occupational health checking program to ensure the medical surveillance program/record is compliance with PPG EHS requirement and local OH regulations.
- 与人力资源部门合作,制定和实施职业健康检查程序,确保医疗监测程序/记录符合PPG EHS要求和当地哦规定。
- Track the EHS legislation systematically to study & document the applicability and gaps; update the gaps/result on EHSLT meeting regularly.
- 跟踪EHS法规和文件的适用性和差距进行系统研究;定期更新差距/结果EHSLT会议。
- Implement the company IH sampling plan in ASC Tianjin Plant.
- Support relative departments to conduct the incident investigation with RA method, identify the corrective actions and track implement status
- Work as security leader, to maintain ASC Tianjin site day to day security management.
- Other roles as defined by the site EHS procedure.
REQUIRES:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Safety, Engineering, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environment or equivalent; fluency in Chinese, fluency in English reading and writing, at least 3 years' experience in a chemical plant EH&S management. Familiar with China EH&S law and regulations, keep experience in ISO14001. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
