Day to Day Responsibilities: (must to fill)
• Compliance – Identify and collect appropriate regulations. Develop action plan for identified gaps and ensure all activities complied with regulations and corporate requirements
• EHS Management System - Ensure that corresponding process and programs need for EHS Management Systems are established, implemented and maintained effectively
• Culture - Develop EHS culture at plant wide and promote employees EHS awareness
• Risk control - Lead plant risk assessment and facilitate safety improvement projects via hierarchy control methods to reduce risks
• Management of change - Manage and supervision MOC, PSSR implementation
• Hazardous chemical management – Manage hazardous chemical, including new chemical approval, precursor chemical and explosion prone chemical; Conduct regular audit to ensure in compliance
• Permits – Lead project permits (EIA, SIA & HIA) on new project or expansion, new processes, renewal and etc.
• Training - Educate and train of workforce for all EHS related program
• PSM – Provide PSM related support at plant and ensure all activities in compliance with corporate PSM standard
• Incident management – Involve into incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Continuous improvement of our overall EHS performance-Effective Collaboration with stakeholders to achieve EHS metric targets
• Education -- Bachelor’s degree, major in one of Environmental, Health & Safety or relevant engineering major
• Experience – 5 years’ experience in EHS field with WOFE or JV Manufactured Company background


Requirements: Required Skills
• EHS Management System Planning / Organizing / Delivering abilities with ‘Big Picture’ outlook
• Result oriented, process driven approach and initiative / bias for action
• Hazardous chemical management experience
• Knowledge of professional standard ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and well trained.
• Familiar with both local and international EHS regulatory requirements and business practice.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) and computer literacy
• Strong collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Certified safety engineer

Requirements: Desired Skills
• Experienced in chemical industrial and PSM management experience
