Day to Day Responsibilities: (must to fill)
• Compliance - ensure entire organization meeting laws, regulations and the corporate standard requirements through Guidance, Internal Audit and various monitoring testing and inspection
• EHS Management System - ensure that corresponding process and programs need for EHS Management Systems are established, implemented and maintained effectively
• Internal consulting for EHS Programs implementation
• Risk control - Lead HIRA and facilitate safety improvement projects to eliminate or reduce risk
• Permits - securing Various Permits (New Project, New Processes etc.)
• Training - Education and training of workforce for all EHS Processes
• Continuous improvement of our overall EHS performance-Effective Collaboration with stakeholders to achieve EHS metric targets.
• Education -- Bachelor’s degree, major in one of Environmental, Health & Safety or relevant engineering major
• Experience – 3-5 years’ experience in EHS field with WOFE or JV Manufactured Company background.

Requirements: Required Skills
• EHS Management System Planning / Organizing / Delivering abilities with ‘Big Picture’ outlook
• Result oriented, process driven approach and initiative / bias for action
• Knowledge of professional standard ISO 14001 EMS, OHSHAS 18001 and well trained.
• Familiar with both local and international EHS regulatory requirements and business practice.
• Good English (oral and written) and computer literacy
• Strong collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills.

Requirements: Desired Skills
• CSE is preferred.
