Intel Dalian is rapidly expanding its 3D NAND high volume manufacturing facility, and now we are seeking for many strong candidates to join CS-Cooperate Service department. You will join an elite group who work at our high-tech fabrication facilities worldwide, using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and tools. Delivering operational efficiency, maintenance, testing and commissioning solutions effectively collaborating with construction and operations teams. You will provide facilities engineering leadership to the site organizations in support of Safety, Reliability, Quality, Environmental and Cost objectives with construction, maintenance of equipment, machinery, facilities systems, buildings, and structures. Whether it's building a factory or keeping Intel's manufacturing facilities operating to our high standards, we have the same goal of world class. In any given workday, you will be given responsibility for creating a safe and productive environment.

Job responsibility:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for quantification of chemical inputs and mass balancing of chemical outputs as air emissions, wastes shipped offsite, and wastewater emissions for Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing

• support for facilities E level system development of ww and air abatement systems, of developing EHS/S processes, systems and specs.

• Build and maintain models and projections for chemicals used onsite that comprise environmental permitted parameters, especially for new species driven by new technology development activities

• Build and implement chemical sampling and analytical plans in support of modeling efforts

• Complete statistical evaluations of data to determine variability and sufficient sample size

• Build and communicate projected environmental compliance performance to larger teams and stakeholders

• Work within teams to develop meaningful action plans to support manufacturing by ensuring ongoing environmental compliance over time

• Optimize environmental processes for memory business model through external benchmarking and internal BKM sharing.

Qualification (Knowledge and skills required)

• More than 10 years prior experiences, preferably in 300mm Fabs

• Must have Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Good interpersonal skills and team player

• Ability to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction, and as part of a larger team

• Ability to solve complicated problems

• Ability to work on diverse tasks

• Familiarity with Design for Environment concepts

• Knowledge/experience with waste treatment and/or process systems

• Prior experiences with Fab process engineering

Education (Desired degree & major)

• Must have a BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
