• Lead the Yangjiang EHS team to establish the EHS system based on the KraftHeinz safety process. It includes EHS procedures: training, risk assessment and control, inspection, accident reporting and investigation, safety rules, permit to work, fire protection, chemical safety etc. 基于卡夫亨氏安全管理体系的要求，带领EHS团队建立体系，包括各种管理程序，如培训、风险辨识与控制、隐患排查、事故汇报与调查、安全法则、安全作业许可、消防安全和化学品安全等。

• Identify and collect the applicative EHS law/regulations, to ensure the compliance. 识别和收集适用的EHS法律法规标准，确保符合相关要求。

• Develop annual action plan and manage EHS budget. 建立年度管理计划并管理EHS预算。

• Direct and coordinate EHS accident investigation to take corrective/preventive action, and follow up to prevent and reduce the EHS accident. 指导和协调EHS事故调查以采取纠正/预防措施，跟进落实，以减少和预防EHS事故的发生。

• Develop and implement EHS training plan. EHS有关的培训计划组织及执行。

• Maintain special equipment management system 确保特种设备和特种作业的安全管理系统的运行。

• Responsibility for Change control for new equipment\process\construction etc. 负责新设备、新工艺、新建筑等项目的变更控制管理。

• PPE management个人防护用品的安全管理。

• Organize the EHS committee meeting, coordinator meeting, conduct the EHS inspection. 组织定期的EHS会议，EHS检查和实施日常的EHS有关的安全检查。

• Schedule the EHS emergency training plan and drill. 组织和管理EHS有关的应急救援和应急反应方案的编制培训演练，和紧急情况下的方案实施。

• Response for Annual EHS audit, such as FM audit, KraftHeinz ORM Assessments (KHSP, EMS, BCM, FSFD) etc. and take actions for findings in the audits. 年度有关EHS的FM审核、安全审核、环境审核、生意持续性审核、工厂与食品安全防御审核等内部外部审核工作跟进。

• Base on ISO14001 or EMS requirements to conduct the wastewater discharge, air emission, boundary noise, waste management and sustainability actions to prevent environmental pollution. 按照ISO14001或总部环境管理系统的要求实施废水、废气、噪声、固体废物的管理，节能减排以预防环境污染

• Complete EHS routine reports, keep EHS documents. 完成EHS相关报表统计记录，并保存好相关档案。

• Responsible for site security management. 负责工厂保卫管理工作。

• Keep good relationship with local authorities to solve the EHS affairs. 和当地政府部门保持良好的关系，以推进和处理工厂EHS事务

Response for EHS related QRMP item implementation-2.06 Authorized Access, to ensure the food safety负责实施对所管辖范围的Q-RMP风险管理和执行，确保负责的涉及到产品安全和质量的环节按公司规定进行操作；负责2.06条款在公司的建立、维护和改善。
