岗位职责 Post responsibility

—Formulate annual safety, environment and health annual business plan and target according to the company's management objective, and organize and implement;

—依据公司经营目标制定年度安全、环境、健康年度经营计划及目标，并组织实施；

—Compile annual budget of safety, environment and health and control operation cost reasonably;

—编制安全、环境、健康年度预算，合理控制运营成本；

—Establish the safety, environment, health management system and system process, analyze the operation of various management systems, compile the analysis report, and put forward suggestions for improvement;

—建立公司安全、环境、健康管理体系和制度流程，分析各类管理体系的运行情况，编制分析报告，提出改进建议；

—Organize the safety and environmental protection work meeting, arrange, check, summarize safety and environmental protection work, organize safety and environmental protection activities;

—组织召开安全环保工作会议，布置、检查、总结安全环保工作，组织开展安全环保活动；

—To organize and maintain emergency plan for safety, environment and occupational health accidents, and supervise the implementation;

—组织制订并维护公司安全、环境、职业健康事故应急预案，并监督执行；

—According to the business requirements, organize the certification and audit work inside and outside the system;

—根据经营需求，组织开展体系内外的认证及审核工作；

—The management company and the related government department exchange the communication, the foreign relations maintenance, deals with the related docking work;

—管理公司与相关政府部门的交流沟通，对外关系维护，处理相关对接事务；

—To guide the evaluation and assessment of the staff's daily work, and to do well the development and training of the personnel in the department;

—指导本部门人员日常工作的评价、考核，并做好部门人才的开发和培养工作；

—Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;

—完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务；

任职要求 Qualification

—Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, safety and other related majors;

—化学类、安全类相关专业本科及以上学历；

—8 years or more experience in safety, environment and health management;

—8年及以上安全、环境、健康管理的相关工作经验；

—Knowledge of safety, health and environment protection (including fire protection knowledge, environmental protection knowledge, occupational health knowledge, classification and treatment of industrial accidents, knowledge of high altitude operation, knowledge of hazardous chemicals management, knowledge of emergency plans, contractor management, special equipment knowledge, etc.);

—具备安全、健康、环保相关知识（含消防知识、环保知识、职业健康知识、工伤事故分级及处理、高空作业知识、危化品管理知识、应急预案知识、承包商管理、特种设备知识等）；

—Familiar with national laws and regulations on safety, health and environmental protection;

—熟悉国家关于安全、健康、环保方面的法律法规；

—Hold the National Registered Safety Engineer certificate;

—持有国家注册安全工程师证书；

—Proficient in English reading, writing and listening; proficient in using Office software;

—英文读、写、听熟练；熟练使用Office系列软件；

—Good team work spirit and organizational ability, communication and coordination ability; logical thinking is stronger。
