Job Description
Essential Responsibilities: - Lead new plant setup EHS, be responsible and supervise the whole EHS affairs from pre-construction to post-construction, tooling/fixture setup, product NPI, demo, mess production, and then productivity ramp up.
- Develop, maintain EHS consistent with GE Framework, ensure plant EHS complies with local law and regulation.
- Perform EHS culture, develop and implement action plan to improve EHS working environment.
- Manage Injury & Illness cases, introduce and monitor programs for reduction of injury rate.
- Identification, coordination and completion of all EHS Regulatory training.
- Develop and audit & inspection program, ensure audit findings identified and closed within business time frame.
- Develop contractor management program.
- Maintain security processes to GE requirements.
- Develop proactive health initiatives.
- 3-5 years EHS experience at multinational Companies
- Knowledgeable of local EHS legislation
- Fluent oral and written English skill
- Good communication/influencing skills
- Autonomy and decision making responsibility
- Works with a very high level of autonomy and is fully responsible for site EHS Program, EHS Training, influencing EHS culture.
