Reporting through to Head of Project Delivery ANZ with principal accountabilities to the ANZ EHS Manager and ANZ Quality Manager, you will: Promote the Healthy and Safe @ Siemens approach to the business Support prevention of environmental harm in your day-to-day activities. Advise on schedules and requirements to the tendering team. Coach and mentor the application of Siemens EHS&Q management system framework. Undertake project reviews, manage the application of risk management documentation. Apply strong contractor management and Safety in design principles and assist with communicating legislative changes and compliance requirements. Coordinate the timely investigation of incident and hazard reports, develop and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions. Assist with delivering the internal audit program, management of audit outcomes and corrective action tracking. Support the EHS&Q Manager with Return-to-Work coordination in the region. Support the ongoing application of Siemens Mobility 3rd party certified IMS, ISO45001 (OH&S), ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) Use your skills to move the world forward: You are an experienced EHS professional with a background in rail, transport or other infrastructure industries. You have a Diploma in OH&S or equivalent. We’d love to see relevant tertiary education. You have ICAM or equivalent investigation qualification. You are an excellent communicator with great influencing and negotiation skills. You have a current driving license and unlimited working rights in Australia.
