POSITION OVERVIEW

This role, reports to the EHS Supervisor of NJ Plant. It needs to take over the safety management of HBF NJ site.

PRIMARY DUTIES

1) Be responsible for the EHS training and refresh training for newcomers/contractors and employee according to the annual training matrix. 根据培训计划完成EHS相关培训，包括不限于年度培训，新员工培训，新承包商培训

2) Daily site tour to inspect working condition and operator’s behavior. Keep reporting / tracking STOP in database. 每日现场巡检，跟踪/汇报STOP卡

3) High risk work permit issue and supervision. 签发高风险作业票

4) Monitor the LOTO procedure implementation, organize and coordinate the LOTO audit. 管理LOTO程序在现场的执行，组织LOTO检查

5) Incident /Accident management and take out corrective & preventive actions with other department. 事故管理并追踪事故行动项完成情况

6) Assistance EHS manager to conduct process safety management. 协助EHS 经理进行PSM管理

7) Organize the emergency readiness and emergency drill. 进行应急管理和组织应急演练

8) Collaboration with maintenance team to make sure fire-fighting facilities running well. 协助维修部确保消防设施的完好性

9) Documents management and maintain the safety standardization & OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 system. 进行安全标准化，OHSAS18001和ISO14001的体系管理

10) Maintain the good relationship with government with the support by EHS manager. 和政府保持良好的关系

11）Special equipment worker and special worker license management 特种设备作业/特种作业人员证书管理

12) Other tasks assigned by EHS manager. EHS经理交办的其他事项

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above 本科或本科以上学历
• Good English reading and writing, work oral English and operate computer, Good at

office software良好的英文读写能力，能做工作英语的沟通。熟练进行office办公软件的操作

• Strong communication skills, both for internal and external, be good at or can be good at coaching 优秀的内外部沟通能力，擅长于指导员工工作
• Above 5 years EHS working experiences and 3 years EHS working experiences in multinational

Chemical company.5年以上EHS工作经验，3年以上跨国化工企业EHS工作经验

• Certified safety engineer is preferred.注册安全工程师优先
