Position Description                                                                                                        

Purpose of the Position:

Lead team to develop plant EHS plan and execute in all areas, ensure and improve security/IP protection.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Develop plant EHSS plan and drive execution in all areas.
• Ensure EHSS Management Systems are established, implemented and maintained effectively
• Leading or coordinate plant EHSS inspection, assessment and gap close plan, drive continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching, training, instruction and guidance to plant employees with EHSS related
• Involve and provide expertise to loss control , risk mitigation and case investigation
• Provide industrial hygiene expertise in developing, evaluating and implementing health-related processes.
• Securing Various Permits (New Project, New Processes etc.)
• Develop, implement, and enforce the facility security plan, policies and requirements
• Play key role and demonstrate leadership safety behavior

Project involved with:
In 2020, CDSC project , Auto warehouse, unified finishing line

Education & Experience 
• Education - Bachelor’s degree and above. Major in Engineering, Environmental, Safety&Health or relevant.
• Experience – above 10 years’ working experiences with minimum 7 years’ experience in EHSS management field with WOFE or JV Company of middle – sized.

Requirements: Required Skills                                               

• Familiar with both local and international Environmental, Safety and Health regulatory requirements and business practice. 
• Knowledge of professional standard ISO 14000 EMS, OHSHAS 18001 and ISO 9001 QMS 
• Knowledge of security management
• Good EHS related professional knowledge and skill sets such as risk assessment
• Good presentation and documentation skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Demonstrated team management skill
• Demonstrated EHS leadership skills
• Good English (oral and written) and computer literacy
