POSITION OVERVIEW

This role, reports to the EHS Supervisor of NJ Plant. It needs to take over the safety management of HBF NJ site.

PRIMARY DUTIES

1) Daily site tour to inspect working condition and operator’s behavior. Keep reporting / tracking STOP in database. 现场每日巡检，跟踪/汇报STOP卡

2) High risk work permit issue as backup personal. 作为备选人员签发高风险作业票

3) Environmental compliance management. 环境法规符合性管理

4) Tracking the EHS corrective actions and updated the actions database. 跟踪EHS行动项

5) Follow up and supervise EHS regular monitoring develop the annually monitoring plan. 进行环保相关的监测，制定年度监测计划

6) Waste management which include hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste management.进行危废管理和一般工业垃圾管理

7) Collaboration with maintenance team to make sure environment treatment facilities running well. 协助维修部确保环保处理设施的完好性

9) Documents management and maintain the ISO14001 system. 进行ISO14001体系管理

10) Assistance EHS manager to organize the internal and external audit/inspection. 协助EHS经理进行内审/外审

11) Maintain the good relationship with government with the support by EHS manager. 和政府保持良好关系

12）Environmental permit application and acceptance management 进行环保手续申请和三同时验收管理

13) Other tasks assigned by EHS manager. 完成EHS经理交办的其他事项

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above 本科或本科以上学历
• Good English reading and writing, work oral English and operate computer, Good at

office software良好的英文读写能力，能做工作英语的沟通。熟练进行office办公软件的操作

• Strong communication skills, both for internal and external 优秀的内外部沟通能力，擅长于指导员工工作
• 3 years EHS working experiences in multinational chemical company. 3年以上跨国化工企业EHS工作经验
• ISO14001:2015 internal auditor.ISO14001:2015内审员优先
