KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Environment, health, safety and security management:

？ To develop and enforce organization environment, safety and health programs in compliance with all related regulations for the site.

？ To develop EHS related SOPs based upon corporate EHS management system, take in charge of delivering EHS goal and planning to each related department and site

？ To manage the third party security service provider and advice the management on all security measures and management for the facilities in line with local regulations and corporate requirements.

？ To organize EHS training and safety walk-about, put forward rectification opinions on non-compliance to related departments and follow up implementation status.

？ To recognize and assess risks of operations and asserts, organize and coordinate risk control, investigate, analyze and deal with risks happened or attempted.

？ To implement occupational health management procedure, regular OH medical surveillance project, workplace OH hazardous aspects monitoring project.

？ To implement emergency system management and coordinate affairs, communicate with external EHS supervising agencies.

？ To provide new project EHS support inc. governmental required permits (EIA, Safety and OH related assessment reports) application and project EHS related work.

？ To establish ISO 14001 and 45001 system for site and ensure these system are truly integrated into business process.

？ To organize, arrange and follow up internal audits from EHS standards/regulations and external audits from clients to get EHS business improved continuously.

？ To be responsible for updating and delivering the latest laws and regulations and EHS requirements of Wu Xi Biologics to departments involved and meet the requirements of laws, regulations.

？ To run safety committee for EHS important issue discussion and delivering EHS information to all departments.

？ To be responsible for site environment management which is including hazardous waste management, wastewater management etc.

？ To fulfil other responsibilities required.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 10+ years of working in a manufacturing environment with a reputation for upholding quality EHS standards required.

2. Experience working with governmental is needed.

3. Must have experience supervising staff and working in a management capacity.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

5. Must work both independently and as a member of a team.

6. Pharmaceutical and Petro-chemical industry background is preferred.

EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):

1. Bachelor degree and/or above

2. Environment or safety related major is preferred
