Who we are:
Beijing New Talent Academy (BNTA) is a private boarding school offering A-level and AP curriculums. It is a K-12 educational system which includes Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School, Senior High School (Cambridge Center and AP Center) and the Chinese Center. There are about 2400 students with ages ranging from 2 years to 18 years.

Job description
40 office hours including 22 teaching periods per week, 40 min per period
18 to 25 students per class

Job requirements
Teaching & Instruction
1.Deliver quality English lessons based on school curriculum.
2.Design and teach engaging literature and drama-based lessons, incorporating classic and contemporary works.
3.Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learners and promote language acquisition.
4.Integrate listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills into classroom activities.

Communication & Collaboration
5.Participate in department meetings, professional development sessions, and cross-grade collaboration.
6.Contribute to school activities, cultural events, English competitions, and extracurricular programs.

Professional Duties
7.Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
8.Prepare lesson materials and digital learning resources.
9.Complete administrative tasks such as grading, report, and academic documentation on schedule.
